Delivery

We aim to ship all orders in 2-3 working days, some larger items/orders that require custom printing and longer production times we will always try to keep you updated via email so you know what to expect.

At Brass 2 Grass, our aim is to deliver a good value product which does not mean hiking the prices of delivery. We will charge you what it costs us. 

If you want a larger order then please contact us, we do our best to combine postage where possible, but sometimes weight limit and size do increase the cost significantly.

Delivery times vary with item and location, we use Royal Mail for our parcels and we will update you with the courier and tracking details when the item leaves our workshop.

Disclaimer: Don't be surprised if your order arrives in a random box, with Christmas or birthday wrapping paper in it, or even the odd piece of newspaper rolled up, we try and recycle/reuse anything we can get our hands on in order to save the planet and make delivery cheaper for you. We try to help that planet and recycle packaging where we can. Sorry in advance that we don't have custom printed boxes or fancy jiffy bags with our name on!
